After many months of debating it, I have decided to write a blog. You will soon discover, I am a terrible writer. Despite having won an english prize in primary school, poetic words do not come naturally to me.
I am, however, a self declared expert eater. No pleasure in life comes close to the joy of the first mouthful of a chocolate fondant desert. If you disagree then, quite frankly, you are wrong. I rate every meal I eat, often jotting them down in a note on my phone. I obsessively photograph my plates, solely for the purpose of reminiscing an excellent frittata.
I recently had a thought that I was essentially keeping records of everything I eat with commentary. Why not blog about it?
As I am currently on a gap year between recently graduating and getting into the real world of work, I will be documenting my travels here, through dishes, bowls, plates, and bites. A culinary journey of different spices, herbs, flavours and textures.
